1. How long are shipping times?
We offer free shipping with every purchase! We will process your order and ship out your goods within 2-7 business days. Shipping times are estimated between 2 to 6 weeks depending on where you currently reside. Please allow room for any unexpected delays due to Covid-19.
Please note that all parcels have a 60-day time limit to arrive to your doorstep which is set to account for any unexpected delays such as: lack of personnel, slow shipping in certain countries, holidays, wait time being cleared by your country’s customs or political or natural events. We thank you for your patience and understanding, and if the parcel does not arrive within this time period, we guarantee a full refund or reshipping of your product free of charge!
2. Where is the rest of my order?
If you only received part of your order don't worry, your items had to be shipped separately and will arrive in different packages.
We work with different artists and manufacturers worldwide, and your order more than likely contains products from more than one different supplier. Don’t be concerned, your entire order will arrive!
3. What's your return policy?
Instead of returning items, you can contact us for a full refund. You won’t be asked to ship the product back to us. Why? Returns are not very sustainable, as every return has a carbon footprint. Because of that we also do not offer refunds for items with minor differences or change of mind.
NOTE: Please make sure that your address is written correctly and with all the details as we are not responsible or able to offer refunds for lost mail due to incorrect addresses.
To be eligible for a refund, you must comply with the following things:
- The product was damaged, flawed or the wrong product was shipped. We urge you to carefully look into the sizing charts, as well as the reviews of previous customers to pick out the size best suited to you before ordering. Products that were ordered with the wrong size are not eligible for refunds.
- In the event that the product is damaged or is the wrong product we will ask you to send us proof of the damage or incorrect product in picture or video format to ensure that your product is considered eligible for a refund.
- After processing and approving your information, we will be able to offer you a full refund or a new shipment of the same product free of charge!
To request a refund please email us at email@example.com with the following details:
- Full Name
- Order ID
- Item Name
- A description and visible photos/videos of the damaged product or the wrong product.

4. Can I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org immediately. You will have a 6-hour window after placing your order to be able to cancel it, after which we will have begun processing your order and you will no longer be able to cancel it.
5. I wrote the wrong address! What do I do?
In the case that the address is wrong, please make sure to contact us as soon as possible and within the 6-hour window so that we can fix the issue.
6. Do you offer exchanges?
We do not currently offer exchanges or store credits. If there is any update on this information, it will be shown here. Thank you for your understanding!
